Returns – How? 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email admin@wildrosepo.com.  We’ll instruct you how to return the merchandise. Please email a picture of the damaged item, along with the item number and invoice number to admin@wildrosepo.com. We will promptly get back to you with return instructions.    

How long does it take for me to get a refund? 

It could take 4-5 business days for your returned items to reach us.  Once we’ve received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment (credit, debit card or PayPal) within 2 days. Note:  Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Do you do back orders?

No, unfortunately we do not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will issue a credit to your card for the out of stock items.

Do you have a catalog?

No. We do not have a printed catalog. Our stock is continually changing so that our customers have access to the most current styles, prices, and overall selection.

Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?

Yes! If an item you order goes on sale within 24 hours of your original purchase, just contact us and we’ll be happy to refund the difference to your original method of payment.

How can I write a review on a product?

There is a link on each product page to ‘Be the first to Write a Review’. The link is located beside the product name.

I tried to check out and it tells me one of my items is no longer available. What happened?

We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. Our shopping cart and inventory are “live” and reflect what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.

Is the item I want going to go on sale soon? 

Unfortunately, we do not know what items are going on sale until they show up on our website. You can always check our “Sale” pages and get discounted prices on great products.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?

We are very sorry that the item you want is out of stock. Most of our basic items are re-stocked, but some items are not. Call our Customer Service Team and they will be happy to assist you on available re-stock dates.

Do you accept international credit cards?

No. At this time, we do not accept international credit cards.

Do you allow cashier checks or money orders?

No. At this time, we do not allow cashier checks or money orders.

Is it safe to use my debit card online?

Yes! We view the safety of your personal information as extremely important. We use several electronic and physical security measures to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards, and PayPal.

What can cause my order to be delayed? 

If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed. Please note:  We do not ship to P.O. boxes, only to physical street addresses. If you use a P.O. box in the shipping information when placing an order, your order may be delayed until we get the correct shipping information from you.
